98% of people spend most of their lives in jobs they don’t love
Some tolerate it.
Some dread it.
A few even hate it.

Only 2% ever pursue a life truly aligned with their purpose.
But here’s what’s most heartbreaking:
It’s not because the 98% don’t want it—or aren’t capable of it.
It’s because most people try to change in the wrong way.

I’ve worked with over 200 people—many successful on the outside, yet quietly restless within.
Most of them said the same thing:
“I don’t really know what I want.”
In reality, deep down, they already knew. There was a sense of purpose—a quiet whisper or blurry vision. What stood in the way was fear: fear of failing, fear of change, fear of the unknown.
The biggest mistakes people make:
-
Leaping before getting clear.
-
They act on a blurry vision—and end up overwhelmed, scared, or stuck.
-
-
Believing it’s purpose or financial stability.
-
So they freeze, waiting for a “perfect” moment that never comes.
-
-
Turning it into an all-or-nothing decision.
-
When in truth, alignment begins with small, intentional steps.
-
-
Keeping it all in their head.
-
Without structure, reflection becomes noise—and the vision fades again.
-

But this path doesn’t have to be hard or scary.
What you actually need is:
-
A structured method that removes the guesswork
-
Bite-sized actions that feel doable—not overwhelming
-
A clear focus: Clarity first. Everything else follows.
-
A community of like-minded people who can support and uplift you
I turned my own confusion into clarity by breaking it down—
One step at a time, with structure, reflection, and aligned action.
That’s what this 3-step formula is built to help you do too.

My Story

As long as I remember, I longed for fulfilment, admiring those who radiated passion for what they did. I wondered if I would ever find that for myself.

I deeply believed I didn’t know my purpose and kept searching. From a young age, I was drawn to psychology—the human brain and behavior fascinated me. I immersed myself in psychology books, even scientific ones far beyond what most kids would find interesting. But despite my passion, I still wondered: What is my purpose?

The truth was, I had shut the door on my passion. When I shared my love for psychology, it was dismissed by my parents—well-meaning but shaped by the stigma of their time. Instead, I chose "a real" profession and entered the tech world. I built a successful career, working for some of the biggest tech companies in the world (Meta, Wise, Alibaba Group). But inside, I was hurting.

It took a serious burnout and health issues for me to finally step back and ask myself: What do I truly want?
The answer began to take shape when someone asked me: What is the change you want to see in the world?

I realised I hoped for a world where people are aligned with their purpose—where they wake up inspired, live their days with confidence and meaning, and end them feeling fulfilled and proud.
As one of my favorite authors, Antonio de Mello, writes in Awareness:
"You’re never so full of yourself as when you’re in pain. You’re never so centered on yourself as when you’re depressed. You’re never so ready to forget yourself as when you’re happy."

When we find fulfillment within ourselves, we can show up as our best selves for others. Fulfillment isn’t just about personal happiness—it’s about creating a kinder, more connected world.
Helping others find their purpose helped me discover my own. It brought me the peace I had been searching for. To deepen my understanding and support others on their journey, I retrained, became a certified coach, and dedicated myself to this work.
By combining psychology and spirituality, I guide people to uncover what truly matters to them and align their lives with meaning and connection.

This work means so much to me that I strive to make coaching accessible, knowing that finding purpose shouldn’t be a privilege, but a necessity.
